  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
